DesertGuard™ does not accept open service requests and does not operate on a self-service basis.
Submission of information through this page functions solely as an administrative qualification and internal routing gate used to determine whether a property and the applicant’s expectations align with DesertGuard™’s observation-only operating boundaries.
Execution Structure Notice
If services are later activated, field observations are performed by independent contractors operating under standardized administrative protocols and are not supervised employees.
Submission of a DesertGuard™ Assessment & Gate Intake does not constitute:
DesertGuard™ may, at its sole and absolute discretion, elect to issue a Service Agreement for consideration following internal qualification review, or may decline, defer, or close review without notice or explanation.
Participation in the intake process does not create reliance, entitlement, or expectation of service.
DesertGuard™ offers fixed service tiers that define documentation cadence only. Service tiers establish the frequency and continuity of scheduled site observations and do not alter scope, authority, or responsibility.
Intake review is an eligibility screening mechanism only. It does not constitute a property inspection, site review, condition evaluation, risk assessment, or professional judgment of any kind.
DesertGuard™ is not required to respond to intake submissions.
Silence is a valid administrative outcome and carries no legal or operational meaning.
No services exist unless and until BOTH of the following occur:
Execution alone does not activate services.
The property owner or an authorized representative provides baseline information regarding property characteristics, access conditions, and expectation alignment.
Submission confirms understanding that DesertGuard™ operates on an episodic, observation-only documentation model and does not guarantee site entry or observation continuity.
If services are later activated, a scheduled visit is considered operationally complete when personnel arrive and document site presence or access status. Entry is not required for completion.
Submitted information is reviewed solely to determine alignment with DesertGuard™’s observation-only operating scope and current administrative capacity.
This review:
No service relationship, obligation, or duty of care is created during review.
Following internal review, DesertGuard™ may elect to issue a Service Agreement for consideration.
If a Service Agreement is not issued:
Administrative review is considered closed.
To maintain scope discipline and prevent implied duties, this page is not designed to accept or respond to:
Submission of information does not initiate contact, require a response, or create any obligation on the part of DesertGuard™.
Submission of an Assessment & Gate Intake does not authorize field activity, site presence, documentation, monitoring, or notification.
No services exist and no observation occurs unless and until BOTH of the following occur:
If services are activated, observations occur only pursuant to Authorized Dispatch and operate under an attempt-based documentation model. Access failure — including gate code failure, animal hazards, or third-party denial — does not create a corrective obligation or reattempt requirement.
DesertGuard™ assumes no responsibility for property condition, security, or outcome during the intake process.
Proceed to submit the DesertGuard™ Assessment & Gate Intake for internal qualification review.
Completion of the intake:
Engagement, if any, is created only through issuance of a separate Service Agreement, execution by the Client, and receipt of required payment.
