Suitability Is Determined Before Any Engagement

Why an Assessment Is Required

DesertGuard™ is not a self-service offering and is not available to every property, ownership structure, or use context. The suitability assessment exists solely to determine whether a property and the applicant’s expectations align with DesertGuard™’s observation-only operating boundaries, documentation model, and administrative feasibility requirements.

Completion of an assessment does not constitute an offer, confirm eligibility, establish priority, or result in acceptance. The assessment functions exclusively as an internal qualification and routing mechanism used to determine whether DesertGuard™, in its sole and absolute discretion, may elect to issue a Service Agreement for consideration.

Operational Notice:

  • No Reliance — Submission of an assessment creates no service relationship, obligation, entitlement, or reliance right.
  • Administrative Screening Only — Intake review is not inspection, evaluation, advisory review, or operational planning.
  • Independent Execution Structure — Field observations, if services are activated, are performed by independent contractors operating under standardized administrative protocols and are not supervised employees.
  • Activation Boundary — Engagement, if any, is created only through BOTH execution of a Service Agreement AND receipt of required payment.
  • No Site Presence Initiated — Submission of an assessment does not initiate observation, dispatch, monitoring, or property contact of any kind.

What the Assessment Is

Administrative Screening

A structured intake focused on baseline property characteristics, access feasibility, and expectation alignment.

Qualification Gate

An internal routing mechanism used solely to evaluate alignment with DesertGuard™’s defined operating scope.

Discretionary Step

A required administrative prerequisite for consideration prior to any discretionary issuance of a Service Agreement.
This process determines alignment only. It does not determine property condition, risk, or suitability for protection.

What the Assessment Is Not

  • Not a property inspection or site visit
  • Not a condition assessment, diagnosis, or evaluation
  • Not a safety, compliance, engineering, or performance review
  • Not a professional opinion or advisory process
  • Not a determination of risk exposure or loss probability
  • Not an approval, acceptance, or guarantee of service availability

Completion of the assessment does not create a service relationship, obligation, entitlement, monitoring responsibility, or expectation of engagement.

DesertGuard™ may elect not to proceed following internal review without notice or explanation. Silence is a valid administrative outcome and carries no legal or operational meaning.

How the Assessment Works

After Suitability Is Reviewed

If DesertGuard™ elects to proceed:

  • A Service Agreement may be issued defining all scope, exclusions, pricing, and documentation cadence.
  • Service activation occurs only upon execution of the Agreement and receipt of required payment.
  • Site observations, if activated, occur only pursuant to Authorized Dispatch issued through internal administrative procedures.

If DesertGuard™ does not elect to proceed:

  • No Service Agreement is issued
  • No services are activated or performed
  • No observation records are generated
  • No ongoing review or future reconsideration is implied

Boundary Clarification

DesertGuard™ services, if offered, are strictly limited to documented site presence and informational notification as defined exclusively in a separate Service Agreement.

Completion of this assessment does not:

  • Expand scope.
  • Modify operating boundaries.
  • Initiate observation.
  • Create monitoring responsibility.
  • Create advisory or professional relationships.
  • Create a duty of care.
  • Imply future coordination, intervention, verification, or service availability.

All documentation, if services are activated, is generated and retained under DesertGuard™ evidentiary custody protocols. DesertGuard™ retains exclusive authority over record interpretation, release, and legal handling.

The assessment functions solely as an internal qualification and routing mechanism.

Continuing to the Assessment Intake confirms your understanding that the intake is a qualification gate only. Submission does not initiate monitoring, observation, dispatch, or any property-related activity.

Engagement, if any, is created only through execution of a Service Agreement and receipt of required payment.
